Job Description/Responsibilities

We are looking for a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) to build, customize, and enhance enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable applications, automating workflows, integrating external systems, and ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps
• Develop and maintain:
• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• Client Scripts
• UI Policies, UI Actions, and Catalog Scripts
• Build and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and legacy Workflow Editor
• Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
• Configure and customize Service Portal and/or UI Builder
• Manage data imports using Import Sets and Transform Maps
• Customize and maintain CMDB and related processes
• Implement and maintain platform security using ACLs and role-based access
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance
• Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation
• Work closely with stakeholders, admins, and business analysts

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Mandatory
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and customization
• Advanced JavaScript skills (server-side and client-side)
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs and integration patterns
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes
• Experience with Update Sets and deployment best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
