Job Description/Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Service Desk / IT Support / Technical Support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and basic Linux environments
  • Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.)
  • Knowledge of networking basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN)
  • Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or AWS)
  • Experience with Active Directory, user management, and access control
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
