Job Description/Responsibilities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Service Desk / IT Support / Technical Support
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and basic Linux environments
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.)
- Knowledge of networking basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN)
- Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or AWS)
- Experience with Active Directory, user management, and access control
- Good understanding of ITIL processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
