Job Description/Responsibilities
· Handle incidents and Power Platform service requests
· Resolve access issues, broken links, document library problems, and permission errors.
· Manage site permissions, Teams permissions, SharePoint groups, and access requests.
· Document incident resolutions, known errors, and workarounds in the knowledge base.
· Administer SharePoint Online, OneDrive environments & Teams.
· Integrate Power Platform with Teams, SharePoint.
· Maintain Power Platform apps, flows, and reports (Power Apps, Automate, BI).
· Troubleshoot Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot technical issues.
· Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint issues, collaborating with Microsoft support for advanced problem resolution
· Strong Communication skills
