Company/Corporate Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of the agile product development life cycle from design to delivery
• Work closely with the product managers, infrastructure and development teams to help deliver innovative, world-class SaaS solutions
• Design and develop high-quality code exhibiting excellent performance that meets product requirements with a strong focus on scalability, maintainability, and security
• Enhance and work effectively with backend legacy code

Functional Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross functional teams
• Participates in design of system architecture.
• Participates in daily standup meetings and identify the impediments & accountable to remove those.
• Responsible for identification of system issues & performance tuning.
• Regular monitoring of logs/App Insight ensure 99.9% system up time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Extensive Experience in working on ASP.Net Core (MUST), REACT (MUST), C#, Web API, SQL Server and AI/ML tool
• Hands on experience in designing, developing responsive Web applications.
• Hands on experience with highly scalable restful APIs & monitoring their performance.
• Well versed with Test driven development, CI / CD, Automated deployment
• Has a passion for Dev Ops Culture.
• Expert ability in building, leading, mentoring, and managing a team of engineers located at multiple locations, and successfully operating in an iterative delivery model (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Able to learn complex business operations quickly, work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, team-driven environment
• Must be able to multi-task, manage details, and keep sight of overall objectives.
• Exposure with Azure will be added advantage.
• Proven experience with identifying and resolving development impacting issues, working with members of project management team and business SME's/executives to drive to solutions within defined processes.
• Extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to assess and clearly communicate business value and technical and delivery risk
• Able to learn complex business operations quickly, work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, team-driven environment
